Maryland extreme metal band Dying Fetus fuse technical death metal, hardcore, and American grindcore. Formed in 1991 and led by guitarist/vocalist John Gallagher, they hit Billboard with Reign Supreme (2012) and Wrong One to Fuck With (2017).
Ne Obliviscaris began tracking Exul in March 2020 in Nashville, Tennessee, with producer Mark Lewis. Pandemic shutdowns delayed recording for two years. Drummer Daniel Presland (in the band since 2005) left in early 2022.
British extreme metal band formed in 1991, Cradle of Filth evolved from black metal into gothic/symphonic sounds. Led by vocalist Dani Filth, they issued albums like The Principle of Evil Made Flesh (1994), Damnation and a Day (2003) and Nymphetamine (2004).

Corpse Pile is a brutal death metal band from Houston, Texas, formed in 2019. Known for their uncompromisingly brutal sound and raw, visceral energy, they deliver "Fuck your life death metal." Popular tracks include "Fuck Your Life" and "Genesis of Suffering." Their releases include the "Hardgore Deathmetal" EP and the "In The Beginning..." EP. They have collaborated with artists like Snuffed on Sight and Torture.
Italian symphonic death metal band 𝑭𝒚𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒄 𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒔, known for intense violence and grand orchestration, releases 6th album. “Opera” blends metal with Italian classical music theater, mixed by Grammy-nominated 𝐉𝐚𝐜𝐨𝐛 𝐇𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬.
