G.E. Smith, born in Scranton, PA, is a renowned guitarist celebrated for versatile styles in rock and blues. He led the SNL band (1985-95), toured with Hall & Oates and Bob Dylan, and played for Bowie and Jagger. Notable works include solo albums "In the World" (1981), "Get a Little" (1992), and "Stony Hill" (2020) with Leroy Bell.
