Tour Details

Geoff Tate has just announced his Operation: Mindcrime, The Final Chapter tour of 2025. You may know Geoff from his days with the progressive metal band Queensrÿche. The tour will have two parts, with the first one beginning on March 18 and ending on April 25, while the second one will go through September 25 to October 18. So far, 48 shows have been announced in cities like Dallas, Kansas City, Atlanta, Orlando, and Minneapolis. West Coast events are notably missing, which has left many to speculate that more shows will be announced later.

After the dispute with Queensrÿche, Geoff Tate left the band but retained the right to perform the album Operation: Mindcrime as well as its sequel. This tour is the last time you will hear Tate perform the album in its entirety.

Talking about his former band, Geoff Tate said, “Well, I think that we had 30 good years, which is phenomenal. Most bands make a couple of records. … We had 30 years of making music, and we gave it a really good run. We had a lot of success.”
