Parking Information

The Living Arts Centre's underground parking is open during regular facility hours and during events. Underground parking is free on weekdays after 6 p.m. and on weekends. The parking lot entrance is on the West side of the facility, on Living Arts Drive between Prince of Wales Drive and Princess Royal Drive. Clearly marked wheelchair access parking spaces are located next to the elevators on levels P1 and P2.

Paid parking is in effect at Downtown Mississauga parking garages weekdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Parking is free on weekends and weekdays after 6 p.m. Paid on-street parking is also available on Living Arts Drive & Prince of Wales Drive in designated spots.

About the Artist

Born in Glasgow and raised in Canada, Lawrence Gowan is one of the country's most iconic and accomplished rock artists. Prior to joining Styx in 1999 as keyboardist and lead vocalist, he enjoyed a hugely successful solo career, earning four Platinum and three Gold albums. A classically trained pianist, Gowan achieved an ARCT from Toronto's Royal Conservatory of Music at just 19. His breakthrough album Strange Animal went triple platinum in Canada, featuring the enduring hit A Criminal Mind, which won the Juno Award for Best Video.

Gowan's recordings include collaborations with members of Yes, Rush, King Crimson, and Peter Gabriel. As a member of Styx, he has recorded multiple albums and toured the world extensively, performing more than 1,600 shows. Experience a true Canadian music legend live on stage.
