Formed in Germany in 1970, Grobschnitt became a legendary live act blending psychedelic, progressive, and hard rock with theatrical performances and absurdist humor. Known for acclaimed 1970s albums like Ballermann and Rockpommel's Land, the eclectic band later shifted to mainstream pop-rock in the 1980s.
