LineUp

Happy Mondays, from Salford, England, were pivotal to the 80s-90s Madchester scene, blending indie and acid house. Led by Shaun Ryder, they mixed funk, techno, and psychedelia. Known for albums like "Bummed" and "Pills 'n' Thrills and Bellyaches," their hits include "Kinky Afro" and "Step On." Ryder's surreal wordplay and their unique sound made them icons alongside The Stone Roses and Inspiral Carpets.
Formed in Oldham, Inspiral Carpets emerged in the late-'80s/early-'90s Madchester scene with psychedelic, organ-driven rock. Their hit "This Is How It Feels" hit the UK Top 20, and they toured with Noel Gallagher as a roadie. Known for clever merchandising and collaborations with Mark E. Smith and John Cooper Clarke, their albums like "Life" and "Devil Hopping" made them notable in the indie scene. After disbanding in 1995, they reformed for sold-out tours and released new music, ultimately pausing activities after drummer Craig Gill's death in 2016.
Stereo Mc's, formed in the mid-80s, are known for their electronic and hip-hop-inspired style. Their 1992 hit "Connected" became a classic. After parting with major labels, they launched the Connected label in 2015, focusing on Afro House, Deep House, and Techno. They collaborate with artists like Adam Port and Anja Schneider and still tour extensively.
