Security - Bag Policy

Large bags including rucksacks are not allowed. There are no facilities to leave large bags or luggage. If you really have to bring a bag - and it's preferable you don't, please make sure it's small. Only one small bag per person is permitted and it must not be bigger than A4 size. Height: 28.7cm Width: 21cm Depth: 15cm

Age Restrictions and Alcohol Policy

No under 8s. Standing is 14+ with a standing ticket and 8+/u14s in the balcony with an adult 18+ with a balcony ticket. Under 25s require ID (passport/ driving licence) to purchase alcohol. No smoking is allowed on the premises.

Ticket Purchase Limitations

A max of 6 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 6 will be cancelled. For events where box office limits tickets, a max of 4 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 4 will be cancelled.

Balcony Seating

The balcony is a mixed seating and standing area. Seats are limited and customers wishing to sit in this area should arrive early.

Box Office Times

The venue box office is open from 12 noon to 4pm, Monday to Friday, email only. Opening times will vary on Bank Holidays, so do check.

Remember, if you're picking up tickets for a show that you're attending, you just need to come to the Box Office when the doors open on the day of the event. These tickets cannot be made available earlier.

Tour Details

UK Singer-Songwriter James Bay is gearing up for a North American tour in 2025. Coming after a fantastic run of tour dates across South Africa, UK and other European countries, this tour will bring James through the US and Canada.

The Grammy winning musician will begin on April 21st in Minneapolis and travel through Chicago and Nashville, among others, for the rest of the month. May will start in Dallas and finish in Canada. Some of the cities in May will be Denver, San Francisco, Vancouver and Philadelphia.

Dubbed the Up All Night tour, he will be sharing the new album “Changes All The Time” which was released in the beginning of October. With his unique voice and songwriting that comes from the heart, James Bay is sure to make each and every show something special. He has said that he’s charged and excited to bring this new album to life and share the stories with his audience.

James says “I’m trying to relax in my skin more and more onstage. You get one go at it every night live. I want to blow someone away. I want to impress them. That’s the best thing in the world.”
