COVID-19 Acknowledgment

By purchasing or otherwise accepting a ticket to this Event, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 (coronavirus) exists in any public place where people are present. By attending the Event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 (coronavirus), and agree not to hold Flight Levelz Entertainment, ASM Global, Inc., SMG, The Dow Event Center, Jolt Credit Union Event Park, and Saginaw County for any illness or injury in connection with you or your guests in attendance at the Event.

Venue Policies

The Dow Event Center has a clear bag policy and goes cashless for all events. Only credit cards and debit cards will be accepted at all points of purchase, including parking. Small clutches, no larger than 4.5 x 6.5 x 2, or clear, one-gallon bags for medical or parenting needs will be permitted. No bags, backpacks, or purses, other than those required for medical or parenting needs, will be permitted into the venue.

Security Screening

Bags in the medical/essential category will be screened by security personnel. Guests with parenting/medical bags must enter through the main entrance of the building to undergo additional security screening.

• NO coolers.
• Lawn chairs will be allowed on an event by event basis.
