Kashmir, formed in Copenhagen, burst onto Denmark's rock scene in 1993. Known for their evolving style, their sound ranges from funk-metal to alternative rock. They gained fame with tracks like "Jamie Fame Flame" and "Rose." Their album *The Good Life* won six Danish Grammys in 2000, showcasing a richer, more emotional sound. Collaborators include icons David Bowie and Lou Reed. Kashmir remains a significant force in Danish rock.
