Admission and Venue Information

• Babies in arms (ages 0-2) are not admitted into the auditorium.
• All persons aged 14 and under must have a valid ticket and be accompanied by an adult over 18.
• For customers buying stalls tickets, please note that Stalls seating is not tiered and customers may stand during the performance.
• Standing will NOT be permitted in the Balcony, due to Health & Safety reasons. Patrons who therefore do not wish to stand during seated concerts need to book tickets in this area.
• Access to the balcony is via stairs only - there is no lift to this area. For anyone with limited mobility Stalls seating would be the most suitable option.
