Marie Carmen Koppel, born 1971 in Copenhagen, Denmark, is a Danish soul, gospel, and jazz singer from a prominent musical family. Known for her powerful voice, she won the Berlingske Tidendes Rytmiske talent prize. She gained experience singing in New York gospel churches and R&B clubs. Her discography includes albums like "Forgiveness" (2023) and collaborations with her brother Benjamin Koppel. She is recognized as the "Queen of Gospel".
