Leading BeauSoleil, he blends Cajun, blues, rock, and country, earning Grammy wins for "L'Amour Ou La Folie" and "Live at the 2008 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival." Doucet, a skilled fiddler, received a National Heritage Fellowship in 2005 and collaborated with Smithsonian Folkways and Yep Roc.
