Their experimental sound blends punk and metal, with Buzz Osborne and Dale Crover leading since 1986. Notable works include "Bullhead" and 2017's "A Walk with Love and Death." Spotlights, the husband-and-wife duo of Mario and Sarah Quintero, from Brooklyn, captivate with their spacey, dense distortion sound. Debuting in 2016 with "Tidals," they caught attention with "Walls," leading to a tour invitation from Deftones. Signed by Ipecac Recordings, their album "Seismic" (2017) was praised by Revolver and others. They’ve toured with Melvins and Glassjaw and collaborated with Allen Epley. In 2019, they released "Love and Decay," featuring drummer Chris Enriquez.
