Included Fees and Chairs Policy

There is a traffic control fee included in the price of your ticket. Guests are permitted to bring in "beach style" chairs (chair must be less than 12 inches from the ground from the bottom of the seat when unfolded) for most amphitheater shows. This is subject to change based on different tour or show requests.

Food and Beverage Policy

Food & beverage is not permitted to be brought into the venue.

Weather Policy

All events at Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre are "Rain or Shine" events. Only in extreme inclement weather are shows cancelled or postponed. We encourage you to check our social media channels and the 313Presents.com news section for updates.

Delivery and Ticket Limitations

There is a 72-hour delivery/transfer delay until August 18, 2024. There is a strict 6 ticket limit per show. Additional orders exceeding the ticket limit may be canceled without notice. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number, and/or other information.

Policy Updates

All bags, purses, and clutches are prohibited. Wallets sized (4 x 6 x 1.5 or smaller) and Diaper Bags/Medical Bags (14" x 14" x 6") are allowed. All tickets are MOBILE. Please download the Ticketmaster or District Detroit App to view your tickets. Please arrive early to reduce your wait time to enter the venue.
