Balboa Theatre is a cashless venue. This applies to all ticket sales, food & beverage purchases, and binocular rentals.

Ticketing Policies

All ages must have own ticket. No cameras or recording allowed.

Green Fee for Ticket Re-prints

Any re-prints or re-issued barcodes for tickets not downloaded prior to arriving at the venue will incur a $5 Green Fee—this includes tickets not properly downloaded. Your seat locations and barcodes must be clearly visible.

Arrival and Security Procedures

Due to security enhancements, please arrive at least 45-60 minutes prior to event time. Please only bring essential items with you. The theatre will only permit bags that are 12"x12" or smaller. Any bags or backpacks that are larger in size will need to be returned to the owner’s vehicle or disposed of.
