Daniel Lopatin, known as Oneohtrix Point Never, is a composer and producer from the U.S. known for his expansive electronic sound. He scored films like "Uncut Gems," and directed music such as The Weeknd's Super Bowl show. Collaborating with artists like James Blake, FKA Twigs, and Iggy Pop, he also produced acclaimed tracks for MGMT and Nine Inch Nails. Earth, formed in 1989 in Olympia, WA by Dylan Carlson, pioneered drone and ambient metal with albums like "Earth 2". Known for hypnotic riffs and genre-defying music, they've collaborated with artists like Kevin Martin (The Bug) and featured guest vocalists like Mark Lanegan. Their evolving sound includes elements of Gothic Americana and psychedelic rock.
