Formed in Germany in 1990 by guitarist Martin Christian, Paragon is a power metal band known for a forceful, intense yet melodic style influenced by Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, and Manowar. Despite lineup instability in the mid-1990s following their debut album World of Sin, the band released several albums with Remedy Records, including Steelbound, Law of the Blade, and Revenge.
