Perfume, a Japanese pop idol trio from Hiroshima, gained fame with their high-BPM techno-dance hits like "Polyrhythm." Formed in 2001, they worked with producer Nakata Yasutaka and released major albums like Game, JPN, and Level3, topping charts in Japan and internationally. Known for their sci-fi image and electro-pop sound, they've collaborated with OK Go and performed at SXSW. Their albums Cosmic Explorer and Future Pop also received international acclaim.
