Known for hits like "Heaven" and "Death of Me," the band has collaborated with Marshmello and Mike Shinoda. PVRIS's albums, including the empowering "Evergreen," showcase a synth-driven rock style.
Poppy, an avant-garde artist known for her bold performances & videos, evolved from performance art to a pioneering musician blending electronic beats with deep metal rock riffs.
Black Uhuru, formed in 1972 in Kingston, is a pioneering reggae band led by Derrick "Duckie" Simpson. Known for their progressive sound, they won the first reggae Grammy in 1983 for "Anthem." Their lineup included notable collaborators like Sly & Robbie. Despite many changes, they remain influential in reggae.
Seattle's Polyrhythmics blend deep funk, R&B, jazz, and Afrobeat. Known for their tight grooves and bold brass, their evolving psych-funk sound is showcased across six albums.
