British new wave band ABC, led by Martin Fry, gained fame in the early '80s with hits like "Poison Arrow" and "Look of Love." Known for their synth-driven pop and theatrical style, they topped charts with their debut album and found success on MTV and in the US market.
Pop star Tiffany has sold over 15 million albums and scored two U.S. No. 1 hits, I Think We’re Alone Now and Could’ve Been. Her debut album made her the youngest female artist to top Billboard, and The Color of Silence was a 2000 Billboard Top 10 album.
Trinidad and Tobago-born singer Billy Ocean (Leslie Sebastian Charles) moved to England at 10. He became an ’80s pop/R&B star with hits like Caribbean Queen, Loverboy, Suddenly and Get Outta My Dreams, Get into My Car; 1989 Greatest Hits went platinum.

Toyah Willcox is a Birmingham-born singer who moved to London and formed the band Toyah with Joel Bogen. The group scored hits including It's a Mystery and I Want to Be Free; Anthem hit No.2 and went Gold. Later solo albums include Minx and Posh Pop.
Matt Goss rose to fame as BROS's lead singer, setting records at Wembley Stadium and the O2 Arena. Known as the "New King of Las Vegas," he won acclaim with a BAFTA-winning documentary, performed for the Queen, and mesmerized global audiences.
