LineUp

Jean Sibelius was a Finnish composer of the late Romantic and early modern periods, widely regarded as his country's greatest composer. He is known for his significant contributions to symphonic and orchestral music, including his set of seven symphonies, the violin concerto, and symphonic tone poems such as Finlandia. His music drew heavily on Finnish myths and legends, particularly the epic poem Kalevala, and played an important role in the formation of the Finnish national identity.
Maurice Ravel (1875-1937), a French composer of Swiss-Basque descent, is celebrated for his meticulous craftsmanship and masterful orchestration. Often associated with Impressionism, he blended classical forms with modernism, jazz, and Spanish influences. His iconic works include Boléro, Pavane pour une infante défunte, and the ballet Daphnis et Chloé. He remains one of France's most popular composers.
