Packages are open to all ages. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Package Details and Communication

Please note that all package purchasers will be contacted a few days prior to the actual show date with additional details specific to their package schedule and instructions on where to pick up their package inclusions. Information will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase. If you do not receive an email a few days prior to the event please contact slipknotvip@superfan.live.

Venue Age Restrictions

The venue recommends that children aged 14 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above when attending any show at the venue. Children under the age of 14 should not purchase tickets for the standing area of the venue for events, and those young people aged 15 and 16 should only enter the standing floor when accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.

Booking Information

As part of the overall cost of your booking, The Arena Birmingham has introduced a £2.75 per ticket renovation levy to help maintain and improve the facilities for customers, artists, and promoters. A max of 6 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 6 will be cancelled.
