Security – Bag Policy

Large bags, including rucksacks, are not allowed. There are no facilities to leave large bags or luggage. If you really have to bring a bag – and it’s preferable you don’t – please make sure it’s small. Only one small bag per person is permitted and it must not be bigger than A4 size:

• Width: 21cm
• Depth: 15cm

Restrictions

No under 8s are allowed. Standing is permitted for ages 14+ with a standing ticket, and 8+/u14s in the balcony must be accompanied by an adult 18+ with a balcony ticket. Under 25s require ID (passport/driving licence) to purchase alcohol.

Balcony Area

The balcony is a mixed seating and standing area. Seats are limited, and customers wishing to sit in this area should arrive early.

Ticket Policy

1. A maximum of 6 tickets per person and per household applies.
2. Tickets in excess of 6 will be cancelled.
3. The venue box office is open from 12 noon to 4pm, Monday to Friday, email only.

Opening times will vary on Bank Holidays, so do check. If you're picking up tickets for a show that you're attending, you just need to come to the Box Office when the doors open on the day of the event. These tickets cannot be made available earlier.
