Danish English-language pop singer Hanne Boel, born in Bagsværd near Copenhagen, studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Music and Berklee. Her debut Black Wolf (1988) won a Danish Music Award; Dark Passion (1990) earned four more, incl. Hit of the Year “I Wanna Make Love to You”.
Portland, Oregon psych rock band formed in 1994, blending shoegaze, power pop, and synth pop. Known for hits "Not If You Were the Last Junkie on Earth" and "Bohemian Like You," plus albums The Dandy Warhols Come Down and Thirteen Tales from Urban Bohemia.
Klovner I Kamp, a Norwegian hip-hop group from Tåsen, Oslo, formed in 1994. Known for their humoristic and party-themed songs, the group features Alis, Dr. S, Dansken, and DJ Goldfinger.
