Ticket Policies

No refunds or exchanges.

Event date and time are subject to change.

All ages are required to have a ticket for this event.

Tickets are subject to cancellation if suspected of brokering or violating ticket limits.

The Genesee Theatre is not responsible for any tickets that are lost, stolen, or purchased through third-party websites.

Bag Guidelines

• Backpacks and bags larger than 12" x 6" x 12" are not permitted in the auditorium.
• All bags are subject to search.

Theater Admission

Unless stated, everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket to be admitted into the theater.

Out of respect for our patrons, children 2 years and under are not permitted in the theater unless they attend a specific designated children's show.

Behavior Policy

Any person disrupting a performance or inhibiting the enjoyment of an event for guests may be removed from the theater without refund.

Accessible Seating Details

Accessible seating is available through the Box Office only. Please call 847-263-6300 Elevators are located on the north side of the lobby and serve all levels. Listening devices are available to patrons at the coat check on the first floor. A picture ID is required at the time of use.
