Group Sales and Ticket Information

Group sales are available by calling the box office at (847) 263-6300. No refunds or exchanges are permitted for tickets. The event date and time are subject to change. All attendees, regardless of age, must have a ticket for admission to this event.

Ticket Policies

Tickets are subject to cancellation if suspected of brokering or violating ticket limits. The Genesee Theatre is not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, or purchased through third-party websites. Unless specifically stated, everyone—including children—needs a ticket to enter the theater.

Age Restrictions and Behavior Policy

• Children 2 years and under are not permitted in the theater unless attending a designated children's show.
• Any person disrupting a performance or inhibiting the enjoyment of an event for guests may be removed from the theater without a refund.

Bag Policy

• Backpacks and bags larger than 12" x 6" x 12" are not permitted in the auditorium.
• All bags are subject to search.
