Group Tickets

Group Tickets are available by calling the Box Office at 847-263-6300.

Admission Policy

Unless stated otherwise, everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket to be admitted into the theater. Out of respect for our patrons, children 2 years and under are not permitted in the theater unless they attend a specific designated children's show.

Behavior Policy

Any person disrupting a performance or inhibiting the enjoyment of an event for guests may be removed from the theater without refund.

Bag Guidelines

Backpacks and bags larger than 12" x 6" x 12" are not permitted in the auditorium. All bags are subject to search.

Accessible Seating Details

Accessible seating is available through Box Office only. Please call 847-263-6300 Elevators are located on the north side of the lobby and serve all levels. Listening devices are available to patrons at the coat check on the first floor. A picture ID is required at the time of use.
