The Hourlies with The Strains and The Rumours

The Strains are an American punk rock band formed in Detroit, Michigan. Comprising seasoned touring veterans from the ashes of bands like Dumbell and The Damagers, the group delivers a raw, high-energy sound that blends Motor City garage rock with street punk. Fronted by primary songwriter Paul Grace Smith, they released their debut full-length album in 2022, followed by a 7-inch single on I-94 Records in 2025.

Iowa-based 3-piece rock ’n’ roll band The Rumours blend classic punk vibes with a metal edge. They’ve toured and supported acts like Joan Jett & The Blackhearts and Marky Ramone, played Rocklahoma, and released albums Suck It (2020) and Kill or be Killed (2024).
