LineUp

Herman's Hermits, formed in Manchester in 1963, gained massive popularity in the '60s with hits like "I'm Into Something Good" and "Mrs. Brown, You've Got a Lovely Daughter." Fronted by Peter Noone, they featured session musicians like Jimmy Page in their recordings. Though initially overshadowed, they became respected for their catchy pop/rock tunes, distinguishing them from contemporaries. They worked with producer Mickie Most and scored 20 Top 40 hits between the UK and US. Known for their clean-cut image, they remain a nostalgic emblem of the British Invasion.
The Lords, a German rock band, rose in the '60s with a mix of German oom-pah, American folk, and skiffle. Known for hits like "Poison Ivy," they captivated with their fast tempos and distinctive Teutonic vocals. Despite limited English-speaking world fame, collectors later cherished their unique style. Between 1964-1968, they released five albums, showcasing influences from Merseybeat and British rock.
