The Movielife, formed on Long Island in 1997, is known for their pop-punk/melodic hardcore style. They toured with New Found Glory and Glassjaw, releasing LPs like "It's Go Time" and "Forty Hour Train Back to Penn." Notably, vocalist Vinnie Caruana later formed I Am the Avalanche, and guitarist Brandon Reilly started Nightmare of You. After disbanding in 2003, they reunited in 2014 and released "Cities in Search of a Heart" in 2017.
