Event Policies

No refunds or exchanges. Event date & time subject to change. All ages are required to have a ticket for this event. Tickets subject to cancellation if suspected of brokering or violating ticket limits.

Theatre Responsibility

The Genesee Theatre is not responsible for any tickets that are lost, stolen, or purchased through third party websites.

Disruptions and Conduct

Any person disrupting a performance or inhibiting the enjoyment of an event for guests may be removed from the theater without refund. Unless stated, everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket to be admitted into the theater.

Child Policy

Out of respect for our patrons, children 2 years and under are not permitted in the theater unless they attend a specific designated children's show.

Bag Policy

Backpacks and bags larger than 12" x 6" x 12" are not permitted in the auditorium. All bags are subject to search.
