Earthless

San Diego power trio Earthless mix classic rock, psychedelia, electric jazz and Krautrock. Formed in 2001, they’re known for long improvisational instrumentals on Sonic Prayer and Live at Roadburn; Black Heaven (2018) added original vocals.

Red Fang

Portland, Oregon quartet Red Fang fuse classic rock riffing with punk urgency and stoner metal. They broke through with Billboard-charting 2013 LP Whales & Leeches, later performing on Late Show with David Letterman. Albums include Murder the Mountains and Only Ghosts.
