Urgent was an American melodic rock band from New York City featuring brothers Michael Kehr, Don Kehr, and Steve Kehr, alongside Yul Vazquez and Klyph Black. Active in the mid-1980s, the band signed with EMI subsidiary Manhattan Records and released their debut album, Cast the First Stone, in 1985, which featured the Billboard Hot 100 single "Running Back." They followed with the Tom Allom-produced album Thinking Out Loud in 1987 before disbanding later that year.
