Purchasing Accessible Tickets

All our accessible tickets are available to be purchased online via: First Direct Arena Events. When you are on your event's page, select 'Wheelchair Tickets' or ‘Ambulant Accessible Tickets', where you will be able to select your seat alongside a free personal companion ticket.

Booking Assistance

If your access requirements are not met by the online booking system, please call +44 203 481 5502 and the team will help you book your tickets. The phone line is open Monday – Friday 9:00 – 17:30. The ticket office will open no later than 1 hour before doors and will not be open for new shows going on sale.

Event Policy

• Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult.


• A maximum of 8 tickets per person and per household applies.


• Tickets in excess of 8 will be cancelled.
