Event Policies and Entry Requirements

Entry requirements are subject to change. A clear bag policy is in effect, and everyone is subject to search when entering.

Please note that everyone must have a valid ticket to enter the venue. Tickets cannot be split into two separate days. Ticket delivery is mobile only, and a delivery delay is in place. For mobile tickets, please remember to access your tickets via your account and save them to your phone wallet prior to attending the event. If you cannot access your tickets, only the payment cardholder can ask for assistance at the Box Office with a photo ID.

By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by entry requirements in effect at the time of the event. Check the venue website leading up to your event for the latest protocols.

Restricted Items and Conduct

The following items and actions are restricted:

• Smoking
• Professional-style cameras (removable lenses, 35mm, and including iPads or tablets, etc.)
• Audio and video recording devices
• Illegal drugs
• Flash photography
• Weapons of any kind, guns, knives, tasers, mace, and flashlights
• Glass items, cans, and containers of any kind
• Fireworks and aerosol cans (including hairspray)
• Political banners and banner poles
• Radio scanning or jamming equipment
• Outside food, beverages, or alcohol
• Laser pointers
• Spiked jewelry and chains (including those on wallets)
• Backpacks, large bags, or purses (nothing larger than 12x12 inches)
• Glow sticks
• Objects that may be used as projectiles
• Moshing, crowd surfing, and other items and activities deemed unsafe and a challenge to public safety

Restricted items should be returned to your vehicle for storage. No storage is provided.
