What a great theater ambience. Acoustics is great and just adds to the experience. Include this in your trip and you will not be disappointed.

Best performances you can think of. The Leipzig Symphony orchestra playing Bach and Vivaldi. If you ever have the chance: go there.

An excellent event venue for both plenary and small group work.

Easy to reach, small, in house gastronomic service. We went here for the Jan Philip Zymny (Children of weirdness) performance. It is easy to reach in the middle of the city and just a few minutes walk from the central station. There is dining and snacking available all around, if you are here just a little early. Sound tech and visibility are great. The room is divided into one floor in front of the stage and another small one further away from it three stairs up in front of the bar. Beer, wine, softdrinks and snacks like nuts are available, but pretty expensive. I do not know whether you are allowed to bring stuff, we weren't checked for anything though. What is really difficult here is the bathroom situation. There are just to few options for relief available. I would come here again if there is something I am interested in, but I wouldn't look to come here.
