A lot of fun you will find here! Nice people and interesting places. I like the old technology monuments they have preserved at many sites inside the park: Locomotives, old metal lathe and machines, etc. very impressive.

The best park to visit in Monterrey. Fundidora park is part museum, part recreational park. Several statues and real fixtures from the original fundidora are present. There are many activities inside the park. Tandem bikes, ice skating, horno 3 museum, wax museum, paseo santa lucía (boat ride) and more. All the infrastructure is well taken care of. Can’t recommend more.

Get there early for best parking by gate 1. Bring your own toilet paper! If you take the boat ride beware the long wait to get back to the park. We ubered instead. Recommend buy 1 way to the museums etc. Uber back for less than the return boat trip.

A great park not far from the city centre. I would recommend to take the Paseo Santa Lucia by foot to reach the park, it’s a very nice walk. And visit the different museums and activities there. It’s very unique to find this kind of big park I no such a large city, very centered on cars

Fundidora park is on the grounds of an old foundry, converted to a beautiful public place. There are plenty of things to do, all day. You can rent a bicycle (or bring your own) and ride the long trail around the park. There is a small lake where pedal-boats can be rented to explore the lake. This is a popular public park and always well-attended. The walk ways are in pretty good condition for walking or biking. This is a great place to relax and spend an afternoon.
