Enjoyed one of the suites at a weekday rate much lower than Oslo city hotels. Great breakfast and wifi. Good for golfing or great walks. Requires car rental to get there. Great shower and tub at suite.

An extraordinary hotell with a lot of history. Food and service was excellent and the hotell has a very nice funpub in the basement and a huge golfcoart. The rooms was typical continental hotell style. Not much to say about it, not a bad room, cons: it didn't have a minibar and there wasn't any proper AC so had to keep the window open. Pro: Bed was good.

Unfortunately the breakfast was disappointing this time. I'm sure it has to do with covid-19 measures, but for the same price I expected the same buffet as "pre-covid". It also seemed like there were too few staff at work during the breakfast, the few present were very busy. Apart from this, our stay was pleasant and the staff was welcoming! The area is excellent, with many possibilities for hiking and other recreational activities.

I was here to celebrate my great nephew's confirmation. The weather was dry and mild, this enhanced the experience. The place was busy with many parties going on at the same time. Most women were dressed up in their traditional Norwegian outfits. An attractive place in a beautiful setting. The interior was bright and airy. The food was great and the service was unimpeachable. I would recommend their bread which has a particularly chewy-crunchy consistency. In the basement there was a snooker table and a shuffle board. This kept some of the youngsters occupied. There is quite a bit of parking space and an extensive amount of space for walks etc.

Nice clean conference hotel nearish the Oslo airport. It doubles as the club house for an upscale golf course so if you’re into golfing you might be able to play a round. Jolly bartender and good fun in the evening and brilliant food. Highly recommended.
