To crowded on the floor, they should be aware that people had been stopped to death. A few extra fences would have made sure that everyone can enjoy the concerts and be safe. I did have the good fortune to meet a security guard (060737) that made me feel both safe and welcome. She should get a raise, because of how awesome she was.

I don’t go with the negative reviews here. Went to see Niall Horan on March 14th. The security and staff handeled the crowds well and quickly. Getting inside as well as out went fast and without pushing. I felt safe and comfortable for the hours I spend there. Please note that the place DOES NOT HAVE an organised wardrobe. You will have to carry your coat / jacket the hole evening. We were on the floor and it was manageable. It wasn’t too full even though the place was sold out. They don’t just shovel as much people in as possible. We had enough space to dance and move. The stage could’ve been more elevated. As soon as people in from of us started filming and rising their arms I couldn’t see Niall properly even though I’m pretty tall :) had to stand on my top toes to see something… The sound quality is… okay. I used earplugs but removed them for the last song and I had the feeling the sound was better WITH earplugs. There’s some echoing due to the concrete walls. I would definitely recommend to BRING EARPLUGS AND USE THEM when you go there for a concert.

Abhorrent beer selection, virtually non existent. Otherwise a nice venue. Not too big so most seats are actually decent unless you end up at either far side. Great acoustics

Decent infrastructure except when everyone leaves through the same level exit . Ok apart from that, sound quality was good. Maybe the seats on the floor were crammed together a bit too much or the guy next to me had enormous shoulders. If you're looking to eat before a concert or event then it would be best to go somewhere outside the arena as there's no meal offerings or even a quick fast food stand, only nuts and/or popcorn. I'd give it a 3.5 if I could but 4 will do.
