Popsenteret Concerts 2024

Probably the best museum in Oslo. Not sure why it seems like people don't know about this place, but I guarantee you this is WORTH IT. I've been there 3 times already, and I always recommend tourists to visit it. It has improved so much since the last time I was in Popsenteret. Amazing!!!

Very nice museum, the other comments will explain better than me, so I'll let you read them. :) I just wanted to point out that the two young men at reception were very nice, they took the time to explain to me how the museum worked and kindly gave me advice on restaurant addresses in Oslo. I thank them! :)

Such an amazing experience! Learned so much about the Norwegian music scene and really enjoyed my visit. I loved the stations where you got to make your own songs and album cover. It’s also a great place to discover new music and it looks very hip and trendy. It’s easy to get to as well and entry is free with the OsloPass.

Got to be the coolest and most fun museum in Norway. Here I am, a 62yo guy reliving my teenage dreams of being a popstar. Apart from the great video displays of pop through the decades. Here you can become a popstar yourself. Play Drums, Guitars and Keyboard. Record your own voice track against a wide selection of backing music, then mix and edit it. Finally, create your own album cover to go with the music and download the results directly from their Website. Super fun, Super Cool.

best museum ever. Aesthetic af, focusing on music, displaying different types of instruments in the coolest way possible? What do you want even more? It’s 70kr for students, so definitely affordable for Oslo. Only thing they could improve: maybe talk about international music a bit more? Loved to learn more about Norwegian Artists, but missed the international touch
