This was a fun find in Trondheim. It is the only public sauna in town, and you should make reservations in advance. It is located in the only area of the city that I would categorize as somewhat sketchy, which by international standards just means there’s more graffiti, trash, and less affluence than the rest of town. Bottom line, I felt safe. The staff were helpful, and there were three saunas to chose from, one of which offered views of the industrial area across the water, which contained a huge pike of crushed cars. Private saunas were available for rent, and the groups in the private saunas were having a very good time. Beer was available for purchase and could be consumed in the saunas or on the patio of the main bar. Bring a towel and a lock for the bag they loan you to hold your clothes if you like. It was a fun place to spend a couple of hours with the locals, but I was concerned about water pollution given that thousands of crushed cars had to be leaking pollutants into the fjord water you jump into to cool off. Great place nonetheless to meet up with friends and grab a beer and fries.

Not much to say really. Went for silent disco, which was very fun! The staff were friendly, though the jacket storage system was slightly ineffective. Took us 20 minutes to get our jackets, and it costs 50kr! Drinks are regular norwegian club prices (expensive!). The area was divided into two areas, an open warehouse-like area and a slightly more decorated pub-like area (but still kind of in a warehouse).

Their new offset smokers and their grill master are magnificient. The brisket sandwich might be the best on this continent. The remaining staff is undisciplined and/or untrained. They frequently leave their bars for extended periods so you have to run around (often naked) to try to find someone. They repeatedly don't have a clue of their own opening times.

This is an amazing experience for those who like chalenges and sauna or jumping in ice water. I would highly recomend this place, it is the only kind in Trondheim! They was expanding and there is more then 5 saunas it is enough space for everyone, good price and enough time to enjoy! Easy to book, you can fine where to park the car. There is also a bar and restaurant to take some small food. You can find a shower, but we was going home after. Need to bring all towels, slippers.

There's a bar, and there's a sauna, and there's a sauna bar. If you get a drink on land, you're not allowed to bring it to the sauna area. If you buy a drink at the sauna bar, you can bring it to the sauna. Would have been VERY useful that they informed us that there were two different bars and that to get to the sauna area we had to literally down the drinks before entering. Other than that, it's a sauna, nothing too fancy and exciting about it, but it's a nice place to cool off in around the 90~100°C range. There's a changing room on land, and the walk between the raft with the sauna is highly recommended to use flippers or sandals to walk between. Staff was nice and courteous, but simple clarifications around the location is highly needed. What to bring, if there's a menu, or what the setup is for the place before showing up. Would be especially nice if there was some sort of clarification that there are 2 different bars...
