The Ark Concerts 2024-2025

The best small venue in Michigan. Great music, great vibe. If you haven't been there you need to go. Guarantee good time.

What a great venue! The event staff are all wonderful. The event space is clean and very well maintained. The bathroom was clean and spacious for a small venue. The sound quality was excellent, despite the room being smaller, the sound for our concert was clear and not crazy loud. 10/10 Will come back again!

The Ark is one of the most amazing places in the country to hear live music - the oldest continually operated coffee house in the US. I love listening to music at the Ark! The acoustics are phenomenal, as is the atmosphere. It’s more like a large house concert. Photo is from Madcat Ruth’s 75th birthday celebration. If you don’t have reserve seats, just get there early and you can sit as close as we were.

My wife and I went to see a show the night of our wedding and man, what a great experience. Even seated in the central reserved seating which looked farther back on the map, was still so close and intimate. Loved our time here. The staff were so helpful and the facility was super clean. The only small nitpick was they said no recording yet multiple times during the show someone would pull out their bright phone and record right in front of us and soured a few spots of the show. But everything was wonderful, hope to return soon!

We have enjoyed this local venue as a couple and family a number of times. We love the intimacy of it, and being located in downtown Ann Arbor there are a number of places to eat or browse before or after your show. Parking can be found in the street if you are lucky, but parking lots and garages are not too far away either. I often look to see what shows they are offering, and reasonable prices are a much apreciated bonus💖 I look forward to the next opportunity we have to go out, and would DEFINITELY recommend you experience The Ark at least once, but suspect you will be drawn back again...... and again🌞
