The Woodruff Arts Center Concerts 2024-2025

The High Museum never ceases to amaze with all of their exhibitions. Have never had a bad time at this place, but this is my first review. The parking is validated when you get the tickets, the lines move quickly and the countless displays will move you as there is something for everyone at this place if you are an art lover. When I woke up today, I did not expect to see my first ever Rothko, as well as some paintings that I have seen on display in Rome, Italy years ago. It is wild, the caliber of artists of all types that can be found on display, from Renaissance painters to modern and current artists. This place is a must stop when in the Atlanta area.

The museum is in midtown, very easy to access. We visited with our daughter, she enjoyed the children playground section in the entrace. Especially she loved the digital body painting art. The museum was not crowded, easy to exlpore. There are renaissance, impressionism and modern art sections. We enjoyed the visit.

This was a jazz night at the High. I easily bought my ticket online and was able to get in with showing my QRcode ticket. The drinks were good and the music was nice. We listened to the music for a while and then went to explore the art exhibits. We saw most of the permanent exhibits as well as the special exhibit, which was Beatrice Potter. I would recommend eating prior to coming. They have snack stations, but to have a good base before having drinks, a good meal is recommended. There are lots of good restaurants nearby. A fun night.

High art museum in Atlanta was excellent. Nice collection of modern art, easy to navigate, not overwhelming. Easy to find public parking nearby. Best of all it has reciprocal membership with other art museums, so our entry was gratis.
