Came here for the first time with my 12 year old to the Boy Band Symphony. It's probably not the best performance to start with, but it was fantastic. The venue is great, easy to navigate, parking was easy in the underground attached parking ramp, and the staff were all friendly. My kid is in orchestra in school and really enjoyed watching professionals play. We'll definitely be back to watch a regular performance.

Took my husband here for his 38th birthday to the comedy jam that was at the Devos Hall place, and let me tell you it was amazing. Not only was the staff welcoming and friendly but the seats we had were awesome. The concession stands where you were able to purchase alcoholic beverages were awesome. I must say they were a bit pricey but it was worth it. I mean it was my husband's birthday but also it was a comedy show with a lot of the comedians we grew up watching. Overall the experience we had at the Devos Hall Place was amazing. We will be back when there's more good events.. if you have never been to the devos hall place definitely check it out..the seats were comfy, bathrooms were clean, they also have elevators for those who cant walk or in a wheelchair. They are very accommodating.

Amazing location for concerts and performances! Service was very helpful, directing me to my seats and friendly. Beautiful and clean. There's security measures and guards to keep everyone safe and no hassles. Was a great experience and will come again!

Clean. Friendly staff. The seats are not as bad as other venues in the city. There is close parking at the event and across the street. The sound travels well. See any of the Symphonies!

My friends and I saw John Oliver last night (10pm show). We got in line that started just out of the lobby, through security screening/metal detectors, and scanned our tickets in less than 10 minutes. No stampede getting out either. I took 2 stars away for the seating arrangement. There is no middle aisle. If you sit in the middle of a row you have to pass ALL of the people in that row no matter which way you try to exit. That means if you are directly in the middle of the audience there are 15+ people to scoot across. pro tips: 1) If you have a matte screen protector, you'll have a hard time scanning the tickets. 2) They have a bag size policy. 3) Pregame. Drinks are a small fortune. This picture is from row F seat 5 in the mezzanine. I could see a person was on the stage but couldn't make out his face.
