Wow! What a venue and staff! We hosted an event at the Avalon this past Friday and it truly was the best our company has ever thrown. We host a large meeting every January to kickoff the new year with our sales team and the Avalon was the perfect place and met all our needs. Mel, the events manager, was absolutely a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We had many changes and questions, some even very last minute, and Mel and her team were always quick to answer and help direct us to the best options to fit our needs. The production was amazing! Part of the package we got we were able to utilize all the screens they have and it was incredibly impressive. Their production team is top notch and also very accommodating to all our requests. The day of staff was super professional and took care of all our needs. The food was amazing and we got to meet the chef who you could tell was passionate about his craft. If you’re planning a meeting and want to wow your guests, I highly recommend the Avalon. Big thanks to Mel and her team for helping us pull off such a successful event. It will be hard to top next year and we will absolutely be back.

Ok... I can't tell you that this place is something special.. it is so so and overpriced. But here is parking lot nearby, and it's near my home area. VIP lounge has sticky handrails as a floor too. And $1000 for $60 champagne.. come on people)

Love the space, bathrooms on both levels are nice, lots of exploration room, nice dance floor, cool VIP booths, good seating, great upper deck vibe/nosebleed seats view. I was there for a production day, not an event so my sound review wouldn't be accurate to a club night. But sounded good while I was there with 600 people. Good vibes I would think.

Many of the staff are rude and unprofessional - especially the young, red-headed lady working in the front (over bottle service?). I asked a genuine question to better understand the difference between different wristbands since the staff inside seemed confused and inconsistent. The young, red-headed lady evidently didn't know herself and started to gaslight me instead of being sincere. You need to do a better job of running logistics at your events and also work on customer service. You sold tickets with different amenities but failed to honor this in person. I don't recommend this establishment, and the management team needs to step it up.
