Recently went to a concert here. Waited in line for a couple hours and not once did staff approach us and they weren’t around much. Whenever we asked them questions, it seemed they didn’t even know what was going on either. Restrooms were locked the entire time we waited until 30 minutes before gates opened that they opened the restrooms. Apparently the venue is no smoking but I smelt marijuana and cigarettes the entire time. People were also visibly drunk going into the show. Gates opened late and staff decided to tell us about needing ID’s to enter at that exact minute, making the process go much slower and many people who were waiting for hours lost their spot in line. Security during the show was good, but the security team at the gates was horrible and a lot of them didn’t know what they were doing. Definitely not coming back to this venue…

Went for a concert. Parking was reasonable but on the high end at $40 but was underground and well-lit. Venue entry was disorganized and there had been people waiting for hours but they opened new lanes that people just getting there went into. Security was rushed and there were a lot of iffy items inside the venue. Half of the stalls in the women's restrooms were flooded. Food was reasonably priced, given that it's LA, but only had spicy options. Alcohol however was NOT reasonably priced and I was charged $45 for a double... Security did well but the venue was overcrowded and the visibility to the stage was not great unless you were closer so people kept pushing in. That combined with sharply spiked items that were let through security left some, including myself, with cuts on our arms. Overall not a great venue and I would consider not attending anything here again...

Saw motionless in white here, which was amazing. However, there was no organization for general admission, two poorly marked VIP lines, and a lack of communication that left people who stood in line for hours getting in after those that were in line for 20 minutes
