Marshfield Fairgrounds Concerts

Very impressed with this years fair. Wonderful vendors, food variery is great, animals are wonderful, exhibits are good, wow on the amusement and games for kids! And not bad so far on entertainment. Only had 1 day in but will be back for another day or two, as I am a neighbor and live right next door. Thank you for keeping everything peaceful for all of us also. And Marshfield PD does a wonderful job of that!!

Went to the fairs horse speed show. They did a great job putting it on. I gave a little girl in pink cowgirl boots a ride on my buckskin. Was interviewed with my mare. Then we walked around. Lots of stuff to see an do. Had a great time. Look forward to next year.

Bathrooms were clean and good. Parking was not organized at all. No directions as to where the schools were. Rides and concessions were good. Exhibits were nicely presented. Loved the Wood County botanical garden and information booth were great. Taxidermy booth was beautiful. Too much noise from Saturday afternoon and night program in the grandstand. Should post price of grandstand shows in prominent places. Kind of a big secret. Charging for the gate entry and the grandstand show is unusual. Most fairs only charge one or the other--not both.

Solid venue for events. Restrooms are clean and parking is ample. Can get muddy in places around the grounds.
