Double JJ Resort Concerts 2025

This is the go-to lower peninsula getaway spot. My family and I stayed here for a couple of days during spring break and it’s amazing! The arcade was decent and the bull rides were great. (I got to Adv. 5) The indoor waterpark had 4 amazing slides, 1 had a toilet bowl, and there were no lines. The staff were friendly and nice. If you’re thinking of coming here, it is a great option.

I had a lot of fun at the water park and trail riding. Staff at the equestrian area was really helpful. Service was great and they accommodated an issue with my room. Best of all, I lost my ID & wallet while riding a horse and they mailed it to me once it was found!

We booked a condo for our anniversary which was supoosed to sleep 4 and was described as a unit w/ a full kitchen, living rm w/ fireplace, queen sleeper sofa, TV & private balcony. One bdrm w/ king bed, private bath & in-rm jetted tub. The stove was dirty from previous user so when we went to use it it started smoking and stunk a ton The drain on the tub was broken so I kept having to refill the bath for myself or kids every few minutes because it was below the jets The sofa sleeper was broken(1/3 of bottom of bed was missing) which we didn't notice until 11 at that point we didn't want to switch rooms so we tried to role with it but kids kept falling through. So we had to have the kids in our bed on our Anniversary night. There were no sheets for the sofa sleeper. We had brought extra blankets so we used them. Outlet covers were busted and half eaten pixie sticks were under the bed posing hazards for my babies. (They use under the bed for forts) Cobwebs were all over top of cabin so kids were afraid of spiders although I didn't see any We were lower level so Private balcony was a slab of cement covered in leaves with several stray cats running around. Indoor Waterpark does not have any adult size pools everything is around 4 ft or less. No private bath, jetted tub was not in room. This hotel is 15 minutes from our house so we weren't staying for location we were trying to have a nice day with kids at waterpark and anniversary night. The kids enjoyed the park but our anniversary night was ruined by the broken tub because it wasnt relaxing and the broken bed made it so we had 4 ppl in one bed instead of kids in the other room. The check out lady gave us a small refund and pointed us to the manager but the manager was incredibly rude an unapologetic about us having a very poor anniversary night.

Water was ice cold! Website says 84° but there's no way possible. My 4 year old wouldn't even swim in it. There was big pile of sand all over the pool floor.( seen from walking around) the hot tub was warm but dirty! Big clump of snot floating around big piles of sand just like the pool. Found ear rings and stuff in the hot tub. They don't have active lifeguards so the kids do what they want. Little kids in the 18+ hot tub jumping into the hot tubs climbing all over the ropes and walls that are there for their safety. In the locker rooms there was this slimy stuff all over the floor which made it very slippery. Staff was very nice. Just a very dirty water park.

We went for a horseback ride and it was so much fun! Went as a pair and had a ride with four others. We walked down some fun trails and had great commentary with our wranglers Isabel and Amanda. I rode Sheba, which is a retired barrel horse. Rachel made sure I was comfortable on her before riding off. My Co-rider got Cofax who is a curly gelding. Very fun would 100% ride with this crew again.
