SF Masonic Auditorium Concerts 2025

Very clean, the parking lot employees were helpful and friendly... The staff at the VIP entrance were very efficient too. They had snacks, to which I was happily surprised, we were able to get the artist merchandise earlier too, the auditorium was very clean, we found our seats which were in the handicap area, but they were a bit uncomfortable after an hour of sitting, the cushion started to feel painful on my leg, and there isn't really back support on those seats... good thing we had an intermission, and I was able to get up and stretch 🙃 ... The elevator staff was also very respectful and helpful... I suggest knowing the venue a bit better before going, and if you have any disability take an extra cushion with back support to enjoy it 100%, I would definitely be more prepared next time! 😉

Enjoyed watching Prateek Kuhad at Masonic. The staff were very helpful. The drinks were fairly priced and really yummy too. The VIP suite was spacious with views of the skyline. They also had some appetizers before the show started and a Photo Booth too. Overall it was a great experience.

Most of the event staff were awesome. Others were rude and condescending. I get it I guess but someone telling a crowd of people trying to just get pictures towards the end of the show on the 25 “ exit now people! I have a 45 minute drive and don’t want to be here longer than I have to!” One, that’s not how you talk to people even in a crowd control setting. I drove 2 hours there and 2 hours back but I didn’t yell that in his face. He was a younger man with a small fro African American from what I could tell just not very good people skills. The night was fun the venue it’s self held and amazing show. I just don’t understand the hostility from the security it’s almost laughable lol thank you most of Masonic staff !

Beautiful and cozy auditorium! The acoustics are impressive, and the intimate setting makes the audience feel closer to the artist. The only downside are the seats, not the most comfortable. For parking, would recommend the Grace Cathedral Garage, less than a block from the entrance for $50. And arrive with time to spare as there can be a long line for security check and to buy foods/drinks. Enjoy the show!

If your in the balcony recommend sitting in the middle, I was in section 3 and it was ok but middle is best! Great auditorium although parking is pricey (50$) you don’t have to park there but you can. For seating I recommend seating in the middle in front of the stage especially for Balcony. I want to a Laufey concert and it was really fun but sat on the side so recommend the middle!
