MGM Springfield Concerts 2024

Although I didn't have a room, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the bar with slots, which became my go-to spot. I had an absolute blast! I also caught a show by Last Minute at the Commonwealth, which was truly fantastic. The bar and show combined made for an unforgettable experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Would give 0 stars if I could. I spent a lot of money here and they trespassed me from the casino because I had a little too much to drink.. Really, you're going to permanently ban someone because I raised my voice? Not once was I violent. I am not a violent person. I was being verbally assaulted after almost being punched by an older man. I was terrified. The cops treated me like a criminal. I don't have a record and I do not appreciate how the situation was handled. I have a ton of friends and family that go and they will not be going anymore either. We stayed in the hotel rooms and they literally make you pay for everything. A refrigerator is 25 bucks a night and you cannot even fit anything in it. There is not enough slot machines to gamble on. The food sucks and the people are rude. Also Springfield is known for high crime. Just a matter of time before something serious goes down there. I go to Mohegan Sun and get treated much better. I have been to Mohegan many times over the past 15 years and have never had an issue. I am a high rewards card member. This is the second time I've been to MGM and now I'm trespassed? Place is a joke. I'll make sure to leave this review on every platform I can find so people know not to go there.

First time at MGM Springfield. Had a fantastic trip. We stayed 2 nights. Room was super great. The bathroom was really nice and that shower was the best. Really. Great atmosphere wherever you go and the food was great too. Between the three of we had no complaints and just loved our stay. Keep up the good work!

Visited with husband on his business trip. The hotel is OK but definitely was not furnished and designed with comfort in mind. Rooms lack basics such as shower door, floors super slippery after water splashed everywhere. There is no desk or even a small side table in the room, so don't plan to work there. One of the most confusing things is the fact that you can exit the hotel and casino through so.many doors- including food court outdoor area, but you can not reenter the same way and have to walk on the outside perimeter on some shady streets to get back in. There is outdoor pool and spa but definitely not heated too warm. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again

Casino on the bottom, full of energy! Upstairs, floor 3, quiet and comfortable. Loved the room, the ceiling was cement, industrial look, loved it! Beautiful lights out the window. Nice decor, my husband liked the moose pic, I chose the kitty w pink glasses! The bathroom had a great shower!
